I can't log in to my Nello account!Updated 2 months ago

If you are having trouble logging into your Nello account, it is probably due to one of the following reasons:

1. The email you are using is not the same as the one you used on your original order
2. You had a typo in your email. If this is the case, please get in touch with us to resolve it.
3. If you did not sign up for a subscription with us, you do not have a Nello account at this time, as that is the only way to have one.

If you are having trouble retrieving the code to sign in to your account, please check your spam or promotions folder in your email, as the email may be routed there depending on your email filtering settings. 

If you have a subscription through TikTok, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or modify those due to TikTok's privacy rules. You can follow the instructions below:

1. Go to the TikTok shop on the app
2.  Click on the orders tab
3. Select the order where you signed up for the subscription to manage it
