Subscribe and Save is our way of making your wellness routine easier (and cheaper!). When you choose this option at checkout, you'll save 20% on every order, which is automatically sent to you every 30 days.

Here's how it works:

Once you subscribe, a new order is created, and your card on file is charged every 30 days – just like any other subscription service. Your first shipment ships immediately; your next will ship 30 days later, and so on, unless you modify or cancel.

Managing your subscription is easy:

You have FULL control over your subscription anytime through your account. Just visit drinknello.com and click the account icon in the top-right corner, or click here to log in directly. From there, you can skip orders, change delivery frequency, update your address, swap flavors, or cancel altogether – no hoops to jump through.

Important: Remember your login email!

Your subscription account is tied to the email you used at checkout. You'll need access to that email address to log in, as we send a verification code for security. If you no longer have access to that email, contact us at [email protected], and we'll help you update it.

We keep you in the loop:

Nobody likes surprise charges, so we send you several heads-up emails:

1. Order confirmation – Right after you place your order
2. Subscription activation – Confirming your subscription is live (from Recharge, our subscription software – it'll come from [email protected])
3. 3-day reminder – Your subscription is about to renew! This is your best window to make changes or skip
4. Order created – Your next shipment is officially in the system

When should I make changes?

We recommend making any modifications or cancellations when you receive the 3-day reminder email, or earlier. Once the order is created in our system, we can't guarantee we'll catch it before it ships (our fulfillment team moves quickly!).

The fine print:

You can cancel anytime! Seriously, no questions asked. Please note: we can't issue refunds if you forget you're subscribed. We send multiple reminder emails specifically to help you stay on top of things, so it's essential to keep an eye on those notifications!
