If you ordered Nello through Amazon and received a damaged or incorrect item, your replacement will need to be processed through Amazon. Simply log into your Amazon account, go to your order history, find the Nello item in question, and select “Return or Replace Items.” From there, follow the steps provided by Amazon to report the issue and request a resolution.
