What’s the difference between caffeinated and caffeine-free Superfocus?Updated 2 months ago
The only difference is the caffeine. Caffeinated Superfocus contains 75 mg of Caffeine Anhydrous for an energy kick, while the caffeine free version leaves it out.
Everything else is identical. Both versions contain the full nootropic stack, including Alpha-GPC, Rhodiola, Lion's Mane, N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, and 150 mg of L-Theanine. The L-Theanine is in both, so the caffeine free version is not a stripped down formula, it is the same formula without the stimulation.
Choose caffeine free if you are sensitive to stimulants, want it later in the day, or already get your caffeine elsewhere.
If you do go caffeinated, the 75 mg typically clears your system within 5 to 6 hours, so a morning or early afternoon serving should not affect your sleep.
