How Much Water? 

• We suggest mixing one serving of your powder with 8-16oz of water. You can adjust the amount within this range to find the taste and consistency you prefer!

Water Temperature?

• Cold or Room Temp: Mixing Nello with cold or room-temperature water works great and is typically recommended.
• Warm Water: You can mix Nello into water you've brought to your preferred sipping temperature. Just try to avoid boiling water or exposing the powder to extreme heat for extended periods. Prolonged high heat may affect some nutrients, like Vitamin D3 found in Supercalm. However, mixing with reasonably warm water shouldn't significantly impact the product's overall effectiveness. Feel free to test it and see how you like the flavor when mixed warm!
