• First, our team needs 1-2 business days to carefully pick and pack your order.

2. Shipping & Transit:

• Once your package ships, delivery time varies based on the shipping carrier and your distance from the West Coast (East Coast orders typically take longer).
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

3. Tracking Your Order:

• Your tracking link is the best place for real-time updates and the most accurate delivery estimate. Please follow it closely!

4. Understanding Tracking Status:

• "Pre-shipment" Status: Seeing this? No need to worry right away! It usually just means the carrier has received the package but hasn't scanned it into their system yet.
• No Updates for a While? If your tracking hasn't shown any new movement for more than 4 business days, please reach out to our support team with your order number. We're happy to investigate!
