🕐 Timing is everything!
We move fast — most orders are picked and packed shortly after they’re placed, often within the hour. That means there’s only a short window where cancellation/modification is possible.
🔹 If You Just Placed Your Order:
Email us ASAP at [email protected] with the subject line: “Cancel Order #[Order Number]”
We’ll do our best to stop it before it ships — but we can’t guarantee it.
🔹 If Your Order Is Already Being Packed or Shipped:
Unfortunately, once it’s in motion, we’re no longer able to cancel or make changes.
You’re still welcome to return your order once it arrives. Just reach out and we’ll walk you through the process.
📦 My Order Already Shipped — Now What?
Once your order is packed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you have a couple of options:
- Refuse the Delivery
Refuse the package upon delivery (just let the carrier know you don’t want to accept it).
It will be returned to the sender (us) automatically.
Once tracking updates to “return to sender,” we’ll go ahead and process your full refund.
🚚 Need to Change the Address?
If your order has already been packed or shipped, and we’re unable to update the address on our end:
If shipped via USPS:
You may be able to submit a Package Intercept request via the USPS website.
You can also request a hold for pickup at your local USPS facility.
If shipped via DHL:
Reach out to DHL’s customer service team to request an address change or hold for pickup.
