Can I mix multiple Nello products together?Updated 15 days ago

Yes! Many of our customers stack Nello products throughout the day as needed. Each blend is formulated for a different time and purpose, so they're designed to work together in your routine.

A few quick guidelines:

• Same drink, same time: Superfocus and Supergreens can be mixed together in the same glass.
• Different times, same day: Supercalm during the day and Supersleep before bed are designed to be safely paired. They share some ingredients (like Ashwagandha and L-Theanine), but at different doses optimized for daytime calm vs. nighttime sleep.*
• Same routine, different glasses: Superbalance and Supercalm can both be part of your day, but we don't recommend mixing them together in the same glass. Take Superbalance in the morning or during the day, and reach for Supercalm later in the day if you need it.
• Superbalance + Supersleep: Superbalance in the morning and Supersleep at night work together as a full-day routine.
